Remove characters from files/directories in DOS

This piece of code, will list all files/directories where it's standing, and rename all of them to the same, but removing the first two characters...

Me voy a California el 7 de Noviembre, me quedo hasta el 20... la idea es alquilar una casa rodante con dos amigos y recorrer desde Los Angeles hasta San Francisco... este es un llamado abierto a quienes estén por ahi en esas fechas (o quienes quieran ir)... Como siempre, trataré de relatar lo mas posible todo el viaje... Y de tomar muchas fotos...

I´m going to California on November 7th until the 20th... The idea is to rent a road house with two friends and drive from Los Angeles to San Francisco... This is an open call to all who will be on the surroundings on those dates (or who would like to go)...
